Consultancy
Our consultants are all specialists in their discipline. They generally have a
background in the sector for which they now provide advice,
augmented with a large dose of consultancy and implementation experience.
For example, we have in-house specialists in the areas of:
- Facility Management
- catering
- cleaning
- security / reception
- copy / print / repro
- (technical) facility management
- Leasing and Fleet management
- automobile regulations / fiscal aspects
- administrative organization
- benchmarking lease prices
- benchmarking / auditing lease companies
- (European) tendering
In addition to these specialists, we also have a number of (senior) consultants
who mainly focus on tactical and strategic (organizational) issues. Their broad
knowledge and extensive experience not only benefits our Facility en Fleet Management activities,
but is also deployed to improve facilitative processes. This applies
particularly to the areas of HR, ICT and Purchasing.
